1. ORDER POLICY

  • When placing an order, please ensure the recipient’s full address, including the correct postcode, is provided. Flowervivid is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect details.
  • By completing your order, you agree to be bound by these terms and any additional policies listed on Flowervivid.com.
  • After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. A contract is only considered binding when this confirmation is issued.
  • We recommend placing orders 1-2 days in advance to ensure optimal freshness, although same-day orders are processed immediately and cannot typically be modified.
  • Changes to orders (e.g., recipient’s address or messages) must be made at least 6 hours in advance.
  • Order cancellations are subject to a 20% handling/processing fee.

2. DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY

  • Standard deliveries are made between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Delivery times may vary during peak periods.
  • Specific time deliveries are not guaranteed to ensure fairness and operational efficiency.
  • The buyer must provide the recipient’s contact number to ensure successful delivery. If the recipient is unavailable, Flowervivid and our delivery partners are not liable for the failed delivery.
  • Urgent delivery requests will be considered, but time-specific delivery preferences cannot always be honored due to logistics.
  • If access to the recipient is restricted (e.g., by security or building reception), we will do our best to complete the delivery, but cannot guarantee success.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, incorrect addresses, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Flowers are highly perishable and cannot be returned. However, if the flowers arrive in poor condition due to delivery issues, please notify us within 2-3 hours of receipt with photo evidence, and we will take appropriate action.
  • Orders are delivered once. If the recipient is unavailable, the flowers will be returned to Flowervivid and a notice will be sent to the sender. Any costs for redelivery must be borne by the sender.
  • Our delivery area covers Shanghai, Beijing, and other cities across mainland China.
  • As flowers are perishable, returns and refunds are only accepted if the bouquet arrives in poor condition.

3. REFUND POLICY

  • It is the sender’s responsibility to inform the recipient of the delivery. If the flowers are left in a safe place at the sender’s discretion, Flowervivid is not liable.
  • We are not responsible if the recipient refuses delivery for any reason.
  • If the flowers are picked up by the buyer for delivery at a later time, Flowervivid is not responsible for the flowers’ condition at that later time. Flowers must be kept in a cool, well-ventilated area.
  • If a refund is agreed upon, it may only be partial, and return postage costs will not be refunded. A handling/processing fee may apply.

4. PHOTOS POLICY

Flowervivid reserves the right to exclude any inappropriate photos in cases involving:

  • Nudity or pornography.
  • Drugs.
  • Government or political issues.
  • Religious issues.
  • Intimidation, threats, or violence.
  • Terrorism.
  • Any other issues deemed inappropriate or illegal.

5. BOUQUET POLICY

  • The size, color, and appearance of the bouquets may vary slightly from the images shown on the website due to the nature of flowers.
  • Flowers are perishable and cannot be guaranteed to be flawless.

6. DISCLAIMER

All content on this website is for informational purposes only. Flowervivid is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including data or profit loss, resulting from the use of this website. Flowervivid is not liable for matters outside of our control.


7. ACCEPTANCE AND ORDER POLICY

We reserve the right to reject or refund orders. If an order is rejected, payment will be refunded using the original payment method.
